feat: vorgefertigte Import-Presets für Raiffeisen (CH) und Revolut

- services/csv_import: PRESETS-Liste (aus echten Beispiel-Exporten des Nutzers),
  GET /imports/presets.
- Frontend: Preset-Auswahl im Import füllt Format/Spalten automatisch.
Beide Presets per TestClient gegen echte Zeilenformate verifiziert.
