fix: Kurzbefehl-Anleitung nennt Apples tatsaechliche Aktionsnamen

"Text erfragen" war der uebersetzte englische Name, nicht der, der in
Kurzbefehle steht. Die Aktion heisst "Eingabe anfordern". Da sich die
Bezeichnungen je nach iOS-Version aendern, nennt die Anleitung jetzt den
Suchbegriff und den englischen Namen dazu.
