install.sh: Node.js bei Bedarf automatisch installieren

Erkennt Paketmanager (apt/dnf/yum/apk/pacman) bzw. Homebrew und installiert
Node 20 LTS selbst, wenn node fehlt. Nutzt sudo nur wenn noetig (nicht als root).
