fix: IBAN-Wertfeld im Konto-Formular war zu schmal (Flex-Shrink)

Ein 100%-breites select drängte das danebenliegende Eingabefeld auf 0.
Select auf feste Breite, .row-Kinder dürfen schrumpfen (min-width:0).
