feat: Gruen ist die Vorgabe fuer Kategorien und Schlagwoerter

Browse Source 
Die Farbauswahl der App lag dreimal gleich im Code; sie steht jetzt einmal
in Farbwahl, mit dem Markengruen an erster Stelle.
