chore(repo): Android-App als android/ ins Hauptrepo uebernehmen

Calendarr-Android wird mit vollstaendiger Historie als Unterverzeichnis
android/ eingebunden, damit Server, Web und die mobilen Apps in einem
Repo liegen.
