Add drag-resizable columns to the calendar settings table
Column widths are draggable via a handle on each header's right edge and persisted in localStorage (re-applied on re-render). Uses fixed table layout locked to measured px widths so resizing one column doesn't reflow the others. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
