fix: round dropdown menu corners via theme shapes

Browse Source 
Material 3 menus use shapes.extraSmall (4dp default) which looked boxy;
bump to 14dp so all dropdown popups (view switcher, group switcher, ...)
get rounded corners matching the iOS look.
